At the opening session of the 10th sitting of the 15th National Assembly on Oct. 20, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh presented a report on the implementation of the 2025 socio-economic development plan and the 2021–2025 plan, as well as the proposed socio-economic development plan for 2026. According to the report, Vietnam’s economy has maintained one of the world’s highest growth rates. Cultural and social sectors have seen noticeable improvements in both awareness and practical outcomes, and the living standards of the people have continued to rise.
