State President Luong Cuong is leading a high-level delegation to the Republic of Korea from October 29 to November 1 to attend the 32nd APEC Economic Leaders’ Week and hold bilateral meetings. The visit underscores Vietnam’s active and responsible participation in APEC since joining the forum in 1998, as part of its policy of openness, diversification and multilateralisation of external relations and active international integration.
