On April 23, 2025, President Luong Cuong signed Decision No. 689/QD-CTN on presenting gift packages to individuals who rendered meritorious service to the revolution, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975-2025), and the 80th anniversary of the National Day (September 2, 1945-2025).
