The average Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) for Vietnam as a whole in 2023 was 82.66%, an increase of 2.58 percentage points compared to 2022 (80.08%). The province with the highest satisfaction rate was Quang Ninh, with 90.61%.
