Vietnam’s ST25 rice has once again been crowned the world’s best rice, sharing the honour with Cambodia’s Phka Romdoul at the World’s Best Rice Award 2025 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This marks the third time the Ong Cua ST25 brand, developed by Hero of Labour Ho Quang Cua, has won the prestigious title, following victories in 2019 and 2023.
