Quang An Street in Tay Ho district, Hanoi, has been listed among the 30 coolest streets in the world by the British travel magazine Time Out.

British magazine Times Higher Education (THE) has announced its World University Rankings 2024 (THE WUR 2024), in which six Vietnamese universities are listed. Duy Tan University and Ton Duc Thang University are both in the 601 - 800 group in the global rankings and again lead Vietnamese universities, but have both fallen in their position compared to 2023.

Renowned Canadian magazine The Travel recently listed Vietnam among the top 10 friendliest destinations in the world, as voted by foreign tourists.

Regent Phu Quoc, on Phu Quoc Island off the southern coast of Vietnam, was the only Vietnamese representative on a list of the world’s 100 best new hotels as voted by US magazine Travel + Leisure’s editors and contributors.

Vietnam has been named one of the top 20 places to visit at the beginning of the new year by UK travel magazine Wanderlust for its beautiful natural sights, festive atmosphere, and favorable weather.

Hoi An, the sole representative of Vietnam, is ranked 20th among the 25 best cities of the world in 2022, as voted by readers of Travel + Leisure US travel magazine.

Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Phu Quoc have made it onto the global list of 100 greatest places to explore on Earth as voted by Time magazine.

Of the nearly 22,000 photos under the theme “impressive adventure”,National Geographic magazine has selected the six best photos, including thephotos of Son Doong cave and Sang Ma Sao terrace fields in Vietnam.
